The role focuses on D-PAS card personalization and Mobile D-PAS Wallet validations, with a mandate to build a world-class team, align with executives, manage vendor relationships, and mitigate high-level risks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• 6+ years of payment technology R&D experience.
• 4+ years partnering with internal/external business clients.
• 4+ years of people management and performance management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing engineering organization for payment technologies.
• Direct end-to-end design, development, testing, certification, and delivery of card/mobile wallet solutions.
• Champion cross-functional alignment with executives and stakeholders.
• Oversee testing, certification, and global compliance programs.
