Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a senior legal counsel to support its Global Payments Solutions (GPS) business on legal, regulatory, and commercial matters across payments and treasury solutions. You will review and negotiate documents, interpret laws, perform legal research, and provide risk-based guidance to internal partners.

The role leads outside counsel, collaborates with compliance, risk, and business stakeholders, and advises on emerging digital assets and payments technologies.

Qualifications

• Advises on legal, regulatory and commercial matters for Global Payments Solutions (GPS).
• Negotiates and drafts legal documents and customer-facing materials.
• Acts as strategic partner to internal clients in payments and treasury services.

Responsibilities
