Responsibilities

• Analyze legal issues and regulatory implications for GPS products and services.
• Provide practical, risk-based legal advice to business partners and leadership.
• Direct outside counsel and mentor junior legal staff.
• Advise on domestic and international payment systems and related regulations.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, audit, and stakeholders to mitigate risk.
• Support development of innovative payment and treasury solutions including digital assets.
