Job summary

Finalsite is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define product strategy and deliver payment solutions that create value for customers and drive business outcomes. The role requires end-to-end payments lifecycle expertise within a PayFac context, onboarding, processing, billing, settlement, reporting, and analytics.

Strong customer-centric product judgment is essential for balancing long-term strategy with tactical delivery.

Qualifications

• PM experience in integrated e-commerce or fintech payments.
• Understanding of end-to-end payment lifecycle.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, tokenization, fraud prevention.
• Understanding of payment processing economics and impact on decisions.
• Outcomes-focused product management delivering customer value.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmaps based on customer needs, data, market intelligence, and business priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to set quarterly objectives that advance product strategy and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Aggregate insights from across the organization to inform decisions on payers, merchants, and partners.
• Create epics, feature requirements, and user stories with engineering to refine requirements.
• Conduct continuous product discovery and validate assumptions through iteration.
• Develop success metrics, measure results, and adjust priorities accordingly.
• Own end-to-end payment lifecycle strategy including processing, settlement, and disputes.
• Communicate product direction to internal and external stakeholders to build alignment.
