Job summary

Primer is the unified infrastructure for global payments, enabling finance teams to gain visibility and control over payments. We support a remote-first culture with a global footprint and strong growth in scaleups.

In this role you’ll work closely with our sales team to map merchant needs to Primer solutions, guiding end-to-end integrations and collaborating with Product and Engineering to drive feature improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a merchant-facing role with a complex API product (payments preferred).
• Comfort implementing frontend SDKs in web or mobile environments and advising developers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with growing sales team to identify merchant pain points and articulate Primer value.
• Provide technical expertise to support business development and solution design.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions for clear communication.
• Lead discovery sessions, product demos, and Q&As with merchants and technical teams.
• Own complex merchant integrations from discovery to go-live, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
