Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Staff Tech Operations Engineer - Payment & POPs based in our Atlanta Support Center. The role focuses on ensuring stability and efficiency of POPS platforms, handling Level 3 support, and optimizing intake and execution of payment-related requests across franchises.

You will manage and improve processes from requirements to post-launch support, mentor teammates, and collaborate with brand and franchise teams to drive program success and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in design, development, and implementation related to payment technologies in the context of point-of-sale systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or related field.
• Experience in multi-brand, franchise, retail, foodservice, or consumer-facing industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the SONIC brand’s payment & POPS IT products work as expected and provide Level 3 Support for all products within the team’s purview.
• Leads a team that performs Level 3 coordination activities for payment and POPS platforms.
• Establishes connections with brand & franchisee teams to understand requirements and serves as a brand SME in meetings.
• Communicate and collaborate with coworkers, management, franchisees, operators, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
