The role focuses on designing, developing, and modernizing systems for corporate actions, income events, entitlements and client reporting across markets.

Ideal for an engineer with 3–8 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers resilient, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in Payment.
• Dual roles of product management and solutioning.
• Broad understanding to improve efficiency and influence department strategy.
• Ability to translate strategy into concrete action plans and monitor targets.
• Independent worker who coordinates teams and serves as a best-practices resource.
• Experience guiding complex cross-area solutions and providing mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the implementation of the test strategy and reviews test plans for compliance and integrity.
• Ensures traceability of tests with specifications and investigates production incidents.
• Supports Pre-Sales and BRM assessments, and contributes to cross-area solution design.
• Guides and mentors teammates on product definition skills and professionalization.
• Participates in onboarding of new colleagues and provides consultancy to users on detailed functionalities.
• Leads and participates in team ceremonies and product promotion activities.
