Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or Cards.
• Should be exp. on any programming language (.Net/ Java/ C++ ), who can read the code.
• Good understanding of credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, payment processing, and transaction lifecycle.
• Gherkin - TDD, BDD, and DDD are popular software development approaches that help teams write clean code and match business goals.
• Strong understanding of card authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, disputes, reversals, refunds, and transaction processing.
• Experience working with payment/card processing systems and third-party payment platforms.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, JSON/XML, system integrations, and interface specifications.
• Ability to understand technical architecture, application flows, system dependencies, and data flows.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies like SQL/database queries, Joins, Procedures for data validation and analysis.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, process mapping, and documentation.
• Experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
• Strong experience working with cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
