Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field


• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity


• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations


• Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making


• Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences


• Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives


• Serve as a key contributor within Agile Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives


• Create and manage Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Defect tickets using Jira, ensuring traceability from requirements through delivery


• Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to prioritize work, manage sprint commitments, and track progress against release milestones
  

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Working knowledge of payments ecosystems and transaction lifecycles, including concepts such as payment initiation, settlement, reconciliation, and exception handling


• Business Analyst experience with Payments knowledge/background


• Experience writing technical documents
