Job summary

Airbnb, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Platform Management (Payments) to lead guest payments capabilities across global markets.

You will own strategy and roadmap for guest pay-ins, refunds, payment plans, and methods, partnering with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Finance to deliver reliable, scalable experiences. You will mentor a team of senior platform managers, influence cross-functional partners, and shape the broader payments platform strategy by evaluating new methods and market

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience in payments or financially transactional environments.
• Proven ability to align stakeholder needs and deliver outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with legal, tax, compliance, risk and payments ops.
• Global payment experience and multi-country product development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and evolve Guest Payments Platform Strategy & Roadmap for pay-ins, refunds and payment plans.
• Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle across guest payments sub domains.
• Lead cross-functional teams with Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance and Finance.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of senior platform managers.
• Contribute to broader payments platform strategy and monitor market trends.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and present plans to senior leadership.
• Define and monitor key product metrics and drive operational excellence.
