Airbnb is seeking a Staff Payments Advanced Analytics leader to drive the strategic vision for global Payments operations. You will serve as a data thought partner, embedding quantitative measurement into guest and host journeys, and collaborating with engineers, product, and finance to optimize the payments data landscape and processing workflows.

You will build scalable analytics platforms, design experiments and causal models, and translate results into compelling narratives for executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business analytics, with payments domain exposure.
• Strong SQL skills and expertise in at least one analytics language (Python or R).
• Experience building data-driven narratives for executives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver actionable insights that drive data-informed decisions across Payments, Product, and Operations.
• Architect scalable reporting platforms to improve the payments ecosystem.
