Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Payments Platform team. You will architect and implement scalable, high-availability payment systems in collaboration with product, data science, and operations teams.

In this role, you will lead design and deployment efforts, mentor engineers, and influence technical direction while delivering reliable, secure, and efficient payments experiences for guests and hosts worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Payments/Fintech backend experience is a plus.
• Proven design, deployment of high-scale payment systems.
• Degree in CS or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication across teams.
• Focus on efficiency, availability, and quality.
• Ability to shape technical strategy with stakeholders.
