Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst to lead onboarding for enterprise clients and guide customers through loyalty program setup. This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and a customer-centric approach, with an emphasis on delivering a seamless implementation experience.

The position is 100% onsite in Jeffersonville, IN, with Spanish language skills preferred. You will collaborate with internal teams, ensure rapid issue resolution, and drive successful

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer-facing roles with enterprise clients or enterprise-level implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding process for assigned enterprise clients from contract to implementation.
• Guide customers through onboarding, helping them define and set up loyalty programs and products.
• Ensure satisfaction during implementation by addressing questions and coordinating with internal teams.
• Escalate issues to managers when needed and transfer requests to Support for technical/ integration matters.
• Act as voice of the customer, sharing feedback with teams to optimize campaigns and outcomes.
