Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to six years of relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of Global Payments, Wire Transfers, and Financial Services technology.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-scale payment processing platforms supporting domestic and international wire transfers.
• Lead implementation and integration of payments solutions across SWIFT, CHIPS, Fedwire, and ISO 20022 messaging ecosystems.
• Architect and modernize payments systems utilizing cloud-native technologies, distributed architectures, and API-driven services.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to deliver resilient, secure, and scalable payment capabilities.
• Drive payment transformation initiatives including legacy platform modernization and migration to next-generation architectures.
• Ensure payment applications meet regulatory, compliance, risk, and operational requirements across networks.
• Lead technical design reviews, establish engineering standards, and provide mentorship to development teams.
• Troubleshoot complex payment processing issues and optimize system performance.
