Job summary

OP Labs PBC is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to own analytics and reporting that inform commercial and strategic decisions. This senior individual contributor role sits within Data & Strategy and requires clear communication to explain performance and drive action.

You will partner with leadership, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Finance to analyze revenue, customer activity, pipeline, and ecosystem trends, turning insights into actionable business cases and recurring reports.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics, BI, strategy or related analytical field.
• Experience building financial models and business cases for pricing or partnerships.
• Experience owning recurring reporting across functions, defining metrics and reconciling data sources.
• Strong SQL, modeling, and data visualization with ability to validate results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Crypto knowledge: Ethereum, L2s, stablecoins, DeFi, on‑chain metrics.
• Ability to scope ambiguous questions and drive measurable results.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis and ensure data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring business reporting and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Leadership, Sales, Product, and Finance to prioritize questions.
• Own analytical definitions, data validation, and data infrastructure collaboration.
• Analyze customer segments, pipeline, revenue concentration, and drivers across products.
• Produce memos, presentations, and dashboards with findings and actions.
• Evaluate crypto market developments in business context.
• Build pricing analyses, revenue scenarios, and partnership cases with assumptions.
• Improve automated reporting and AI-assisted workflows with source traceability.
