Qualifications

5+ years in risk analysis or merchant underwriting (ISO or payment processing required).
Expertise in fraud detection, chargebacks, and collections strategy.
Solid understanding of PCIDSS and NACHA rules.
Strong communicator in a collaborative, entrepreneurial setting.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze credit card and ACH fraud patterns.
Lead chargeback mitigation efforts (VAMP, RDR, Ethoca, Verifi, etc.).
Manage collections strategy for unpaid fees and negative balances.
Handle KYC/KYB, ID verification, and OFAC/AML reviews.
Develop and enforce risk scoring models for new and existing merchants.
Collaborate across teams to support merchant onboarding and risk-informed growth.
Analyze MCC/NAICS codes, validate TIN/SSN, enforce underwriting policies.
Leverage tools like TSYS, Fiserv, MATCH, SQL, Excel.
