Qualifications

• 5+ years in risk analysis or merchant underwriting (ISO or payment processing required).
• Expertise in fraud detection, chargebacks, and collections strategy.
• Solid understanding of PCIDSS and NACHA rules.
• Strong communicator in a collaborative, entrepreneurial setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze credit card and ACH fraud patterns.
• Lead chargeback mitigation efforts (VAMP, RDR, Ethoca, Verifi, etc.).
• Manage collections strategy for unpaid fees and negative balances.
• Handle KYC/KYB, ID verification, and OFAC/AML reviews.
• Develop and enforce risk scoring models for new and existing merchants.
• Collaborate across teams to support merchant onboarding and risk-informed growth.
• Analyze MCC/NAICS codes, validate TIN/SSN, enforce underwriting policies.
• Leverage tools like TSYS, Fiserv, MATCH, SQL, Excel.
