Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or Solutions Architecture supporting enterprise software.
• Deep domain expertise in enterprise payments gained through experience with PSPs, gateways, processors, or related payments tech.
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems including PSPs, gateways, acquirers, processors, card networks, and digital wallets.
• Experience designing complex payment architectures for high-volume B2C/B2SMB customers.
• Knowledge of payment optimization strategies, including intelligent routing and tokenization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the payments subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead discovery sessions on payment architecture, gateway strategy, and global expansion.
• Design architectures for flexible payment ecosystems across providers and methods.
• Deliver technical presentations and architecture reviews to executive, business, and technical audiences.
• Advise customers on best practices for payment orchestration and resilience.
