Job summary

Milliman MedInsight seeks a Senior Product Strategy Manager to lead payer product strategy and commercialization. Translate market insights, client feedback, and business objectives into differentiated products and 12-24 month roadmaps in partnership with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional leaders.

You will shape investments, drive go-to-market plans, and guide lifecycle activities across sales, marketing, and finance while aligning with customer needs and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-8+ years in product strategy, product management, healthcare consulting, or commercial strategy within healthcare tech, SaaS, analytics serving payer orgs.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, commercialization, lifecycles, and portfolio planning.
• Deep knowledge of payer operations, healthcare data, claims analytics, and workflows.
• Experience evaluating market opportunities, building business cases, prioritizing investments using TAM/SAM/SOM.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction of MedInsight's payer portfolio with 12-24 month roadmaps.
• Lead market discovery through commercialization with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with General Managers and product leadership to set priorities and plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Services to validate opportunities and drive adoption.
• Prioritize investments by market demand, differentiation, and potential.
• Lead market validation, business case development, and requirements for TPMs and Engineering.
