Qualifications

• 2–4 years in strategy / management consulting or a similar strategy ops role with end-to-end analytical and operational ownership.
• Operational excellence: able to manage a huge volume of moving pieces without errors.
• Fluent and skeptical use of AI tools; never ship untested outputs.
• Resourceful, scrappy, and thorough in approach.

Responsibilities

• Own production of commercial KPI and competitive intelligence resources for the payer team.
• Coordinate and drive commercial reporting cycles and enablement infrastructure.
• Support the fast-moving payer partnerships org with scalable data processes.
• Be on the front line of rewiring mental healthcare in America.
