Job summary

Chamber Cardio is seeking a Senior Payer Implementation Manager to lead payer implementations from late-stage contract discussions through go-live, owning the project plan, coordinating cross‑functional workstreams, and driving items to resolution.

This hands-on role focuses on enrollment, eligibility, data exchange, outreach, and clinical operations to deliver practical implementation plans tailored to each payer partnership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading payer implementations.
• Built and led payer implementation plans when scope and requirements were not fully defined.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and operating in evolving environments.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams (data, outreach, clinical operations) without losing momentum.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams through influence rather than authority.
• Value-based care experience or health plan vendor oversight is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day payer implementation delivery from late-stage contract discussions through go-live, building and maintaining the project plan and driving open items to resolution.
• Assess progress on implementations already underway; identify unresolved issues and drive decisions to move forward.
• Establish and lead implementation workstreams for each payer, including data exchange, enrollment/eligibility, clinical design, outreach, and agreements.
• Prepare implementation progress reports against contract commitments and program goals, highlighting milestones and decisions required before go-live.
• Serve as Chamber’s implementation point of contact with payer partners, guiding meetings, setting agendas, and ensuring follow-through on commitments.
