Job summary

Chamber is seeking a Senior Payer Implementation Manager to join our team remotely in the United States. You will lead payer implementation efforts from contract through go-live, coordinating enrollment, data exchange, outreach, and clinical operations.

You’ll manage multiple workstreams, engage with Legal on contracts, and deliver polished, payer-facing materials. You will partner with the Head of Implementation and other leaders to tailor implementation plans per payer, ensure timely

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading payer implementations with cross-functional coordination.
• Proven ability to build implementation plans when requirements are not fully defined.
• Strong written and oral communication, with payer-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day payer implementation delivery from late-stage contract through go-live.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across data, outreach, and clinical operations.
• Coordinate with Legal on BAAs and data-use agreements and track status against contracts.
• Prepare partner-facing materials, meeting notes, and decision logs.
• Drive the rollout plan through go-live and handoff to account management.
