Job summary

Chamber is seeking a Senior Payer Implementation Manager to lead payer implementation activities from contract to go-live. You will coordinate data exchange, enrollment, and clinical operations across multiple departments, while driving decisions and maintaining the implementation plan.

You’ll engage with Legal, Finance, Clinical Operations, and provider teams to ensure alignment, anticipate risks, and deliver on commitments, with ongoing account management handled by another team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading payer implementations.
• Ability to coordinate data exchange, enrollment, and clinical operations.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills; experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day payer implementation delivery from late-stage contract conversations through go-live, building and maintaining the plan.
• Coordinate cross-functional work-streams and drive open items to resolution to keep launch timelines.
• Establish and lead implementation work-streams for each payer, including data exchange, enrollment, and clinical design.
• Prepare payer-facing materials, such as project plans, meeting notes, and decision logs, with clear owners and next steps.
• Run readiness reviews and manage post-launch stabilization and handoff to account management.
