Job summary

Chamber is seeking a Senior Payer Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end payer implementations from contract through go-live. You will coordinate enrollment, eligibility, data exchange, outreach, and clinical operations while aligning cross-functional teams and managing timelines.

Your role focuses on turning strategic commitments into practical roadmaps, building plans tailored to each payer, and driving momentum with the Head of Implementation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading payer implementations, including coordinating data, compliance, legal, marketing and clinical teams.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills with experience creating payer-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day payer implementation delivery from late-stage contract discussions through go-live.
• Lead implementations already underway and assess progress to drive decisions and speed.
• Establish and lead implementation work-streams for each payer and manage data exchange, enrollment, and clinical design.
