• Collaborates with hospital staff to coordinate patient transport services for GRH facilities.
• Plans and directs transport requests to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinates with referring facilities to arrange transfers.
• Analyzes transport times using geography and service area data to optimize resources.
• Maintains professional communication with physicians, staff, and leaders during transfers.
• Operates computers, software, and multi-line phone systems to support transport operations.
• Reviews documentation to support compliant billing and regulatory processes.
