Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hospital staff to coordinate patient transport for SEIRMC and HCHC.
• Plan and direct transport requests to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with referring facilities to arrange and schedule transfers.
• Analyze transport times and calculate arrival times to maximize resource efficiency.
• Follow up on cases and document for billing purposes.
