Job summary

Dale WorkForce Solutions is seeking an experienced leader for Patient Services Operations & Transformation within a Rare Disease program. This role focuses on redesigning and implementing the operating model and governance, with a transition toward an outsourced HUB-based patient support approach.

The ideal candidate has strong pharma/biotech background, experience in patient services, and the ability to operate independently across senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharma or biotech patient services/Support programs.
• Strong program leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Experience with HUB services, external vendor relationships, and outsourcing.
• Ability to design or improve operating models and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a new Patient Services operating model with governance and decision rights.
• Lead redesign of the Patient Services model for a key growth brand.
• Support transition to an outsourced HUB-based patient support model.
• Coordinate across Patient Services, Market Access, Brand, Operations, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Define processes, workflows, responsibilities, and handoffs across internal and external teams.
• Identify operational gaps, risks, and dependencies and drive resolution.
• Develop leadership updates and executive-level materials.
