Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical patient support services; experience with emerging pharma companies is a plus.
• Experience with PSP/Hub management, FRM teams, affordability solutions, KPI/Analytics, data sharing knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for high-level client presentations.
• Track record of developing and managing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders; team-oriented collaboration.
• Willingness to travel regionally/nationally (avg. 25-40%).

Responsibilities

• Lead and co-lead Patient Support Services projects, benchmarks, and related client engagements.
• Capture client-related quantitative and qualitative data for analysis.
• Prepare benchmark engagement reports comparing client resources to peer groups and best practices.
• Provide strategic oversight and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor staff and contribute to onboarding and peer reviews.
• Identify unmet market needs and help develop new solutions aligned with business strategy.
