The role includes leading site-specific training, coordinating with supervisors, greeting patients and families, guiding staff, and responding to inquiries to support a welcoming, efficient patient experience across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of employment; must remain current for duration of employment.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and oversee site-specific training duties.
• Coordinate with Training Supervisor to meet training needs and address problems.
• Greet patients and families, provide escorts and assistance to ensure comfort and safety.
• Respond to patient/staff inquiries and provide information on health care services.
• Maintain current campus information to help answer calls and directions.
• Ensure consistent training practices across locations.
