Job summary

OU College of Dentistry in Oklahoma City is seeking a Senior Patient Services Representative to join our communications center. The role coordinates patient schedules in an outpatient clinic and provides clerical support to keep the facility running smoothly. Required education includes a High School Diploma or GED with 18 months of experience (6 months in a clinical setting and 12 months in customer service).

The position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 months experience with at least 6 months in a clinical environment and 12 months in a customer service role.

Responsibilities
