Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone inquiries and orders from patients and referral sources.
• Assist walk-in patients with selection of equipment, supplies, and services.
• Perform insurance verification and review documentation for service qualification.
• Contact patients to inform payment requirements and coordinate delivery instructions.
• Ensure ACHC and Medicare guidelines are understood and followed.
• Record concerns in Concern Tracker and follow up as needed.
• Maintain quality assurance by verifying order accuracy before submission.
