Responsibilities

• Greet patients and register new and returning patients.
• Manage dental billing and collections; maintain AR for 90 days.
• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility for Medicaid/Medicare and others.
• Collect co-pays and process daily deposits and reconciliations.
• Assist Dental Central Billing with billing/claims workflows.
• Support patient questions and communicate clearly about bills.
