The role leads staffing, supports community relations, oversees environment of care, and partners with HR and Operations to optimize workflows and budgets while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, public administration or closely related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience which includes two (2) years experience in a healthcare environment.
• Experience with computerized scheduling, registration and billing systems and electronic patient records preferred.
• Comfortable working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads the Center team.
• Collaborates with peers and operations colleagues to implement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Develops systems to ensure efficient flow from reception to discharge and referrals.
• Assists with Community Health Services and eligibility as appropriate.
• Develops efficient patient scheduling and registration activities.
• Plans staffing to meet patient care needs and provider scheduling, with contingency resources.
• Coordinates daily staff assignments with site supervisors.
• Leads site-based hiring processes and supervises payroll responsibilities.
• Monitors patient complaints and ensures quality service; manages communications and partnerships.
