Qualifications

• Relevant accounting/billing knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel and Word with strong data-entry skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day functions of the accounting/billing department.
• Monthly billing reconciliation for various accounts and posts payments.
• Transmits electronic claim files to the clearinghouse as needed.
• Data entry and research to resolve discrepancies.
• Follow up on delinquent claims and assist audits.
• Manage client accounts and collections.
