Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitors registration activities to ensure completion of registration and collection duties.
• Obtains demographic/billing/insurance information and prepares consent forms.
• Collects deposits, co-payments, deductibles, and patient liability payments.
• Assists in training employees and educating staff on pertinent changes to their role.
• Coordinates downtime procedures and manages daily tasks to maximize productivity and accountability.
• May adjust daily templates due to call-offs or clinic situations.
