Responsibilities

• Handle inbound contacts and convert to appointments.
• Coordinate with attorneys when referrals are needed.
• Support senior team with onboarding and quality improvements.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient communications and Salesforce records.
• Meet inbound conversion, answer rate, and show rate targets.
