Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of physician office policies and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Heavy front desk and/or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of care and services as liaison between practitioners and patients.
• Check-in patients and handle office questions.
• Review correspondence and reports with the Office Manager.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and manage patient records in the EMR.
• Oversee daily physician schedule and bloodwork orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
