An established industry player is seeking a Senior Patient Care Coordinator fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. Under supervision, provides administrative and clinical care support for physicians, including taking patient vitals, performing phlebotomy, and facilitating patient flow throughout the office visit. Also provides coverage for front desk check-in and check-out functions.
Prior experience in a patient-facing clinical setting and knowledge of medical terminology. Completion of a medical assistant training course that includes phlebotomy training is highly desired. Candidates with extensive medical assistant work experience, along with phlebotomy experience, may be considered. If required to draw blood, proper phlebotomy training is required prior to performing those duties.
Standard office work; May require from time to time to lift light to moderate amounts of weight (e.g., boxes of medical/facility supplies).
