Qualifications

• Seven years of relevant experience or a related Bachelor's with three years of experience.
• Knowledge of billing and collections processes, medical terminology and coding.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills for high-volume environments.
• Proficiency with billing software, EHR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex claims and optimize reimbursement workflows.
• Process billing to insurance plans and students; reconcile charges.
• Support revenue cycle projects and reporting; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with Insurance/Patient Billing teams to resolve denials.
