You will verify insurance, review benefits, and communicate patient financial responsibility while flexing across access points to maintain timely patient access processes. You will also support staff by sharing workflow guidance and acting as an informal resource,

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in patient access or healthcare administrative role.
• Experience with insurance verification and benefits review.
• Experience with registration workflows and workflows across access points.

Responsabilidades

• Register and admit patients across ED, main registration, admitting, and payer notification workflows.
• Handle moderately complex registrations with insurance verification and benefits review.
• Communicate patient financial responsibility and collect payments when appropriate.
• Flex across access points to support high-volume or high-acuity periods.
• Provide guidance on workflows and systems to PAR I staff without formal supervisory duties.
