Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients across access points with accurate demographic data and insurance verification.
• Index and manage patient documentation to support registration, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Explain patient financial responsibilities using scripts and collect payments as appropriate.
• Schedule, confirm, and revise appointments to ensure timely access to care.
• Identify and escalate registration, insurance, or encounter discrepancies per workflows.
• Provide patient-facing support via phone and other approved channels and document interactions.
