Responsibilities

• Register patients and admit across ED, main registration, admitting, and payer workflows.
• Handle moderately complex registrations including insurance verification and benefits review.
• Resolve discrepancies and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Communicate patient financial responsibility and collect payments when appropriate.
• Flex across access points to support high-volume periods.
• Serve as informal resource to PAR I staff with guidance on workflows.
