Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an entry-level Patient Access Specialist to perform admitting duties at Tower - Phoenixville Hospital in King of Prussia, PA. On-site role requiring excellent customer service, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will verify demographics, collect insurance information, obtain signatures, and support POS and billing processes while maintaining a patient-first attitude and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI.
• High School Diploma/GED Required; CRCR certification within 9 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform admitting duties for all patients admitted for services.
• Verify MRNs, complete medical necessity/compliance checks, and collect insurance information.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents; support POS and billing processes.
