Coordinates activities and conducts training of staff members engaged in patient access operations and participates in daily Admission, Discharge, and Transfer (ADT) functions. Performs duties of a Patient Access Representative, including ensuring effective entry of patients into the center, coordinating access-related activities such as data gathering, triage, communication with referring physicians, scheduling visits and diagnostic tests, setting expectations with patients, liaising with disease-site teams, and handling insurance and financial clearance for visits.
Required Education and Experience:
