• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word) and EPIC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive in-person or phone registrations, identifying payer sources.
• Coordinate with leadership to resolve operational issues and improve workflows.
• Educate and onboard staff; develop and maintain standard work.
• Monitor registration and collection activities; communicate patient liabilities clearly.
• Assist with quality management processes and department projects.
