Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and completing full patient registration.
• Provide full patient financial counseling and referrals.
• Verify insurance, benefits, coverage and eligibility, and obtain authorizations.
• Analyze ADT, revenue cycle reports, and lead Patient Access Operations.
