Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, perform full registration, explain forms, and secure legal documents.
• Educate patients on financial liabilities and collect payments per policies.
• Verify insurance, benefits, eligibility, and obtain authorizations; coordinate post-discharge care if needed.
