The role includes on-call responsibilities and collaboration with leadership to ensure efficient revenue cycle operations and high-quality patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assign MRNs and complete medical necessity checks with accuracy.
• Collect insurance information and process physician orders with a helpful approach.
• Develop training materials for new hires and provide ongoing education to staff.
• Create staff schedules for the patient access department.
• Provide after-hours on-call support and guidance as needed.
• Perform POS collections and assist with clean claim rates and patient demographics.
