Qualifications

• Three or more years of patient access, hospital registration, scheduling, insurance verification, authorization, financial clearance, or revenue cycle experience.
• Experience serving as a trainer, preceptor, resource, or shift lead is preferred.
• Customer service experience in healthcare is required.
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred and relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex patient registration, insurance verification, financial clearance, scheduling, and other front-end revenue cycle tasks.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for Patient Access workflows, processes, and procedures.
• Provide shift-level guidance, training, coaching, and mentorship to Patient Access team members.
• Assist with operational coverage and weekend on-call responsibilities across campuses as needed.
