Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patients for appointments with accuracy.
• Verify demographics, insurance, and benefits.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and financial counseling.
• Explain payment policies and collect payments.
• Coordinate patient flow and advocate for patients.
• Train other staff and ensure HIPAA compliance.
